2yOur employees have enjoyed an accommodating environment since our founding and it’s exciting that it continues to resonate with you and your colleagues 53 years later. While we’ve evolved from the 100% remote environment that we introduced for safety reasons during the COVID-19 pandemic, hybrid schedules that offer a mix of both in-office and remote work are here to stay much like our longstanding casual dress code. We also take pride in offering flexible schedules, which enable employees to “flex” hours worked to counterbalance periodic upticks in workload. As for compensation, we strive to align our pay and benefits with the industry as well as a given employee’s experience and qualifications. This is in addition to our recent transition to becoming a 100% employee-owned company, which helps ensure the fruits of our success are equitably distributed among our employee-owners no matter their rank. Employee feedback drives many of the decisions that shape such policies and benefits.
