Its hard to catxh up

Have some great people working there and can be a fun work environment, at times.

No proper CRM. Capped commissions/bonus, half of which is tied to selling different types of machinery to completely different industries. Basically they expect you to do a second job that is paid 100% by commission only but only after you sell a couple million dollars of machinery first every year.
