      Pros

      The workplace was engaging, and always different in some way.

      Cons

      Not willing to give a pay to retain, get new employees. Always serious, most can't take a joke and there is definitely a clique where if they don't accept you. You will not last long.

      Pros

      Have some great people working there and can be a fun work environment, at times.

      Cons

      No proper CRM. Capped commissions/bonus, half of which is tied to selling different types of machinery to completely different industries. Basically they expect you to do a second job that is paid 100% by commission only but only after you sell a couple million dollars of machinery first every year.
