Pros

They pay better than retail, overtime always available

Cons

From September to March you are required to work 15 hours of overtime minimum. You have no life, no family balance. These months are black out months meaning you cannot request time off. You are not allowed to call out sick more than twice. Having a doctors note is required, it does not excuse your absences. Their policy requires you provide 48 hours in advance to have an "excused" sick day. The company doesn't have enough employees to manage the work load and so they work every employee they have to the bone. You may think overtime money is good, the pay is good, but what is the point if you don't have a life. Work, work, work DO NOT Recommend it at all!!!

Cons

DONT KEEP YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET. WORK IN TOY DEPARTMENT FOR ONE YEAR THEN MOVE AROUND WITHIN COMPANY THEY WILL LET YOU GO DURING BUDGET CUTS, OFFER YOU A SMALL SEVERANCE AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT ANYTHING. AFTER 4 YEARS THEY LET ME GO AND COULDNT TELL ME WHY. LOW PAY. HIGH STRESS. HIGH TURNOVER RATE
