Worst job ever - Grievance and Appeals Coordinator Humana Employee Review

A tyrant runs this department. He is a little man who is so far removed from the department he doesn’t realize he is not only hurting the employees but the members who do not get a fair chance winning their grievances because the staff are given too many cases to gather the proper documentation for them. The leaders are cold and callous and could care less about work life balance. They lie! Oh boy do they lie. You are told AFTER you start that you are “expected” to finish your cases and if you don’t you have to work SATURDAY and SUNDAY! Run from this department!
