Appallingly terrible medical benefits Out-of-touch Senior Management Great disparity/favoritism shown between departments and locations (i.e. bonus-earning opportunities given to some dept's but not others, etc.) Meager raises for hourly associates Doesn't believe in boosting morale or rewarding non-management associates for a job well done Permanent hiring freeze in some departments which leads to short-staffing and overworked/underpaid associates Does not offer floating holidays nor close on Christmas Eve or day after Christmas

Pros

The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

Cons

The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
