Pros

Humana is a great place to work, especially if you are a nurse and can learn to play the corporate game. Work at home and hybrid options are appealing to most. Great flexibility with schedule with no weekends or holidays. Decent pay and benefits, especially when tenure is 9 years+. AIP is nice.

Cons

Workload can be tough to manage, especially for those that aren’t great at time management. Work can be stressful due to competing priorities, unrealistic deadlines and threat of RIFs. May be some micromanagement depending on leader. Health insurance is sub-par.

Pros

✅Diversity ✅Overtime ✅PTO ✅Benefits Leadership was ok

Cons

DONT KEEP YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET. WORK IN TOY DEPARTMENT FOR ONE YEAR THEN MOVE AROUND WITHIN COMPANY THEY WILL LET YOU GO DURING BUDGET CUTS, OFFER YOU A SMALL SEVERANCE AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT ANYTHING. AFTER 4 YEARS THEY LET ME GO AND COULDNT TELL ME WHY. LOW PAY. HIGH STRESS. HIGH TURNOVER RATE
