Pros

Overall really is a great company to work for. The role is very independent and work on your own at your own pace. Lots of flexibility. Has its slow times where you have more free time. Hands off most of the time. As long as you get done what needs to be done you are free to work however you'd like.

Cons

No one outside of this role has any idea what you do or how much you take care of. The pay for how much you are responsible for it not equivalent. You work alongside managers who only have 20-25 people to worry about and make double what you do, when you have 160+ people and up to 51 licenses each to take care of. Can require lots of months of overtime. Very forgotten about role.

Pros

Great benefits, healthcare starting day 1, endless professional development opportunities, very community atmosphere

Cons

Being part of the VSP (Verified Staffing Pool) is tough as it is not a full time role and they do not often have full time roles to switch into. If you are on the high-volume recruitment teams, it's extremely high volume and hiring managers have the ability to ruin your employment status if things don't end up going their way though it might be out of your control.

Pros

It was once a company centered around doing the right thing for the member above all else. There are still a lot of great people who work there, but most of the legacy leadership, and with it their industry knowledge, is now gone. They are one of the largest of the big 6.

Cons

It is about the bottom line. It is a purely transactional relationship.
