Pros
Great coworkers, health insurance was decent, 6 weeks paid parental leave, and able to earn PTO quickly.
Cons
While they do yearly raises, they never go over 2% really. Constant battle to back fill positions. Usually it’s just assumed current employees will pick up the slack. Over the 6+ years in WFM, it seemed that there were yearly reorganizations. Which kept break out lines of work and creating more red tape to get anything completed.
