Pros
Very well-being minded company with a great atmosphere that allows you to work from home when necessary or at all possible.
Cons
The company encourages employees to get fit by setting goals that others often know and encouraging the wearing of step-trackers. Their security is so elaborate that if you stop to think about how many passwords you eventually go through (Humana has you create a new one pretty often) and how much they know about their employees health then they could likely know so much about you it's almost scary.
