Pros
The company used to offer bonus's for the holidays but that stopped. They also have a lot of room for growth with this company. they work with you to enhance your career if that's the path you want to take, and they offer certain work from home positions.
Cons
The sick time and health benefits suck. You are micro managed and you will have several managers with in a year at this company, and this makes it hard to get to know who your working for. There is always the possibility of lay off''s in certain areas during the downtime of the year.
