      Pros

      Offers a good opportunity for building industry knowledge. Easy to break into IT work. Many employees very helpful in career advancement.

      Cons

      As with larger companies, lots of political games. If you grow accustomed to this dynamic you can do quite well. Lack of organizational information from management. So you are somewhat disconnected from the overall strategy.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
