Pros

This job will make you instantly realize that you can do better. You quickly realize that it is JOB not a Career. You work for corporate America, not with them.

Cons

Management has no idea how to draw morale. Site managers will lead you to believe that you are going to help you move forward with your career. The truth is unless you sleep with someone or know someone in upper management, you will never get promoted.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
