Pros

Good salary, No variable pay you can ask for fixed component

Cons

I joined ITC as a Lead Consultant after clearing the client interview and was assigned directly to a project. I worked on that project for approximately 1.6 years. After the successful delivery of the project, I was released and reported to the bench manager. In my experience, being on the bench can be a challenging situation. Although you get sufficient time to learn new technologies and upskill, opportunities to move into another internal project are quite limited. From what I observed, internal project availability and client opportunities were relatively limited, making it difficult for bench employees to get reassigned. If you remain on the bench for an extended period, there is a possibility of separation from the organization with around two months' pay, depending on the company's policies and business requirements. This was my personal experience, and experiences may vary based on business demand, location, skills, and timing. I would recommend that anyone considering joining ITC evaluate the current project pipeline and growth opportunities before making a decision. Limited vertical in ITc
