Pros
1.good campus and facilities 2. good for freshers for onsight and talk with the client directly 3. good for married women who can relax bcoz its much like a govt company.(bcoz no one askes if you dont come to the office) 4.good for persons who are not technically strong as interview wont b tough
Cons
bad management no coordination between hr and manager as well as with the employees no professionalism at all you'll b recruited for one post and will b trained for another post without any reason and finally b putting into some other project related to some other skills. onsite is also another hell no money, bad job profile. If you dont prefer onsite due personal reasons.. they dont care about that bcoz they want money to go in their pockets and instead threaten you from loosing your job almost similar amount of salary given to both freshers exp people, if you go onsite then there will be no difference at all
