Absolute Worst Experience in all of my 20 Years - Anonymous employee ITC Infotech Employee Review

The time between the interview and the hiring date was 8 MONTHS! Supervisor never communicated with you. The client called her unprofessional and incompetent at every chance possible. She never had an answer for you to do your job correctly. Payment was NEVER consistent. Some months 20 days late. Just unorganized and unprofessional. Never paid their contracted consultants. Unbelievable After working my behind off on a project. I was just left with noting to do for a month. I had to ask around to other managers I had heard of on conference calls, to request work, because my manager was MIA and could careless. After getting on a great recruiting team and working well with them for 6 months. A day before New Years, I was called out the blue from the Manager that had been missing in action for 4 months, and told my contract was ending because there was no work for me. The HR Manager nor the manager even knew that I was recruiting on a Pharmaceutical team. Truly unbelievable. I was left high and dry going into the new year for no reason!
