They don’t consider good talents, as they need only people who butter the> manager or management No Transparency They don’t utilize the people as middle management is just need billing hours to clock the stipulated hours. So one can come to office and punch in and go out to take care of his business ;- ) [ At the end of some years one will become dumb like middle level managers and if you try to search for a job outside you will come to know about your potential ;-) and that time it is will be too late] As one of the Pros is [ You can attend lots of trainings ], Cons of the same is you never know where to utilize them as you will not get any opportunity to explore. They need only the certifications and not the actual knowledge. So Certifications matters here :-) Onsite opportunities are nightmare for some people and managers use this as weapon.
