Pros
1 - Work From Home. 2 - You are working with people who really love their craft 3 - Starbucks Card 4 - Bonus.ly 5 - Half day Fridays
Cons
1 - The executive staff manages its directors and managers through scare tactics. Due to this scare tactics, your fellow engineers/managers will start to point fingers, in order to not have the pressure pointed at them. 2 - When the executive staff fires an employee, they place a no speaking policy to your previous coworkers and since the entire company is work from home, the only way you know that someone was let go, is by the fact you have not seen this person online for a period of time. 3 - The executive staff places features above stability, code readability and unit testing. Features are expected to get done in record timing, which in turn creates downtime for the application due to bugs introduced. Once the application goes down, than the executive teams wants to know who caused this downtime. 4 - Because many engineers prefer to have less meetings, sometimes the Human aspect of working with your coworkers almost seems nonexistent.
