Pros
One of the fastest, most talented teams I've ever been a part of. No red tape here, was blown away at how quickly all the teams move from ideation to implentation- mind blowing. Love my co-workers, by far the most skilled and diversified teams I've had the opportunity to work with. Tons of a room for advancement if you're willing to be 'all-in'. Love that the entire team is remote and I can work from home. Have vastly improved my professional network and pushed to new levels I never thought personally possible. This job is a career-maker for the right person.
Cons
Remote nature of the job is either going to be the best thing or the worst thing ever depending on who you are. Its the nature of the beast. I personally love it, but there are some folks who would not thrive by this fact alone. Can be a VERY intense workload at times- not for the feint of heart.
