Pros

> Great people - everyone is friendly, bright and willing to help out. There's a true team mentality and open door policy. > Exciting space - InVision is leading the prototyping, collaboration and workflow industry. It's growing quickly so being on the cutting edge is fun and exciting! > Treated like a person - I've worked at churn and burn companies. InVision isn't like that. We're all treated as valued members of the team. We work from home and have all the standard benefits plus some additional cool perks, like unlimited vacation and Starbucks. > Challenged to learn and grow - we're in an evolving industry, which means we need to stay on top of current trends. I get the chance to learn new tools and follow the design community. And that's part of my job - How cool!!

Cons

So far, I don't have any cons. Some people might be struggle with the remote workforce. If you haven't worked from home before, it's definitely something to get used to. (I find it much more productive and easier to create work/life balance.)

Pros

Lots of great perks like free Starbucks drinks, free Amazon books related to your work, covered gym membership. In Sales, you are monetarily compensated for your success but there's also a base salary - which I think is a great balance. Your bosses don't hover over your shoulder. They trust you to get your work done and look for ways to help you do your job better. The people are so friendly. Even though it's a remote company, you get the chance to meet them through online meetings. Everyone's willing to help you out if you ask - no matter how busy they are. The company is still nailing down processes for different departments. In your role, you have a lot of authority to provide feedback and suggest process improvements. Everyone is important!

Cons

Haven't experienced any as of yet.
