Pros
1. Excellent and supportive Senior Management at the company who work extremely hard and think long-term. They provide great leadership, mentoring, invest in their staff, and communicate honestly about company goals, expectations, and needs. They also do a great job rewarding and recognizing hard work and success. 2. In my six months at the company grown tremendously as a professional. I have been given the ability to learn and grow at this company in my current role, while also being given exposure to learn and develop new skills that will give me the opportunity to grow as a professional. 3. The culture of the company is excellent. People are always positive, up-beat and focused on trying to succeed as a company. I am always happy to be in the office and among my coworkers. 4. The company is going to continue to grow and the best is yet to come! Leaving my last job was one of the hardest things I have done, but I am extremely happy to have joined Index.
Cons
I live in Virginia, but commute as needed to Baltimore, which is not a short-commute. I appreicate that the company does not require me to be in the office five days a week if it is not needed to manage my progress.
