Pros

I have been with Index Analytics for multiple years and have seen my career grow exponentially. Index supports their employees in any training they may want to further their own development. Even while working with a remote team I feel that we are connected and can are efficient with completing our work. I would recommend Index Analytics to anyone who is looking to expand their career.

Cons

The only cons are the normal ones that come with working remotely.

Pros

Executive Leadership is engaged in the overall direction of the company while making sure they are available when you have a challenging project. Sr Directors make themselves available to mentor if you show effort in your work. Team members do not point saying it is your problem. One team attitude is the culture and they hire like minded people.

Cons

The company has been transitioning over the last 18 months from a small company operational process. Change is not easy, but worth it.
