Pros

Influence Health is one of the best places I have worked. Since day one, I have been valued as an individual and by what I bring to the team every day. My manager listens to me and I have never felt a hint of hesitation on speaking my mind. I am able to make what I want of my position and develop it into, hopefully, something better than what was expected. As many have said, the people, benefits, freedom leave and sabbatical are all great and surpass/on par with similar companies. Bottomline, I come into work thinking of new ways to benefit IH and not with the mindset of "What can IH do for me"

Cons

As with many transition periods it can be tough. Especially over the last few years by getting acquired, changing brands, Changing CEO's and shifting focus to a full healthcare consumer experience. Thats a lot of shake up in a short time. The result? Changes in management, course shifting, product consolidation, and ultimately layoffs. That is where a lot of the negative reviews are coming from. My only gripe, as of now, is location. However, we just received notice that that will be changing soon, so... no. no complaints

Pros

flexible vacations and time off Pretty decent benefits Great employees excluding upper management

Cons

Company had a great vision last year and was finally on track to do well! This past year, not so much....there was an reorganization of the Services team that was decided by some folks in upper management which hasn't been working out. Really bad morale especially when they flag you as being unproductive for working 40 hours/week; expectation is to work at least 50 hours/week. No wonder so many are under water with their accounts. If you criticize or complain at all, you are viewed weak and toxic to the team! Leadership has no empathy for those working their butts off! You are told everyone is dispensable and that they have resumes stacked a mile long to replace you! The internal communication is poor! No transparency between departments and you scramble to figure out who to ask what for any information! The leadership, especially the COO comes up with these grandiose ideas, expects people beneath him to execute but he never follows thru! It's like watching a clutch of chickens running around with their heads cut off all the while he's patting HIMSELF on the back! Great people are leaving that ARE hard to replace and believe this is just the start of a domino effect!

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspectives on what it was like for you to work at Influence Health. We are incredibly disappointed that this was how you experienced your time working with us because if there is ANYTHING we know to be true as a company, it is that our people are our greatest asset. Our latest customer satisfaction survey (NPS) reflects this. Not only did we receive the highest aggregate score we've ever received, but 44% of our customers actually took the time to write positive comments about our people and the level of service they receive from us. Obviously, it is critical to our success that each and every one of our high-performing employees feels appreciated and inspired to do their best work. This is why we have worked hard to create a results-oriented culture. To us, this means our employees operate with the mindset that they are personally accountable for meeting commitments, empowered to make decisions and suggestions, and also enjoy the freedom and flexibility to alter their schedule and take time off when needed, without preset limits. Some weeks this means working 50 hours; some weeks it means working 32. We've even gone so far as to offer every employee a 30-day paid sabbatical every five years to encourage a healthy work-life balance. Yes, there is a lot of change at Influence Health as we pride ourselves on being nimble and responsive to the rapidly changing healthcare market we serve, but we genuinely believe we offer a very highly competitive working environment for people who want to be part of a winning team that is making a real difference in healthcare. It is our sincere hope that you have gone on to find the right fit for you. Be well!
