Our latest customer satisfaction survey (NPS) reflects this. Not only did we receive the highest aggregate score we've ever received, but 44% of our customers actually took the time to write positive comments about our people and the level of service they receive from us. Obviously, it is critical to our success that each and every one of our high-performing employees feels appreciated and inspired to do their best work. This is why we have worked hard to create a results-oriented culture.
