Was a good place but now not so much - Managed Services Engineer Insight Employee Review

- No clear direction in emerging technologies - Sales people with no understanding of the technologies poke their noses where it doesn't belong just to make an extra buck (Whether it's in the best interest of the client or not...whatever makes the most $$$) - On-call...wasn't bad until a recent change to pay which will lower us from an hourly rate to whopping $18. With 20-30+ hour on-call weeks we will be lucky if only 20% of our talent leaves managed services. - They broke up our team last year and put us into silos based on clients. This has caused a big knowledge gap with technologies as we don't work with other engineers that know them.
