Pros
Can sometimes win fun stuff. The company is trying to understand the needs of their employees and adapt. I feel like there is more of a focus to make work enjoyable.
Cons
Base salary low and not a lot of additional incentives outside of GP quota attainment. Medical insurance doesn’t cover very much and monthly premiums have been increasing year over year. Upper management says they want feedback about workplace inefficiencies but when you give feedback, you often are told the resolution would be too costly or it’s too much trouble to fix. Office politics play a large role in promotions, in-bound lead assignment, etc.
