Pros
I came onboard Insight in late 2019 for what was supposed to be a temporary job for one month. They were so pleased with me they kept on extending me until they made me permanent nearly five months later. The company takes really good care of you if you are out in the field. Without Insight I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish my CompTIA A+ in the summer of 2021. I have a great manager who is always supportive of what I do and always quick to answer and has the answers I need and is always open and transparent and most of all honest. If we have a concern, they are open to listening and answering our concerns I have a group of teammates that gives me the help and support I need and when I run into a client IT issue, are always willing to come up with suggestions to help me. And the clients are great to work with as well. I’ve had clients call me a rock star and one even call me a messiah. But knowing that the client is happy makes my day.
