Pros
All of the people they hire are top notch and they are all friendly. When I started I was trained well enough and felt like when I was put on a core team I knew what I was doing. They pay you your first quarter as if you hit your quota so that was nice. You are ramped up at a reasonable pace. There are lots of resources to make sure you're successful in this role, you just have to take advantage of them. They offered free counseling during covid and really care about their employee's overall well being.
Cons
I feel like the pay is super low comparably to other similar roles at different companies. The base pay would not be enough to live on but if you only get paid that, then that means you're not doing your job. If you do your job you'll make enough to survive.
