Overworked and severely underpaid - Credit Risk Analyst Insight Employee Review

Severely underpaid compared to market average for roles. Low-mid twenties per annum is not a competitive salary for an analyst role, especially since Insight have continued to make profits throughout the pandemic! Poor-average benefits (the majority of companies offer benefits which far exceed what Insight provides). Finance team has no support or 'pull' when decisions are being made. Most times, work is shelved off from other teams to us when it is their role specifically. The usual excuse is 'they are busy' - as we all are!
