Pros
The pay was decent and nice environment. There was definitely potential for growth in the company.
Cons
The company said no breaks were allowed only a 1 hour lunch, which rarely happens. There will be times when it's so busy a 1 lunch break wasn't possible and again, there were no breaks. Employee's ate lunch at their desk, which I felt was not acceptable. This company has a hard time keeping anyone in this position because of the high work demand, and them not allowing time to step away from the desk.
