Good people, very smart pre sales and engineering teams teams. Some pre approved services that are able to rapidly solve non complex customer issues and provide quick remediation support at reasonable cost. Beautiful new corp headquarters if you’re lucky enough to live in the Phoenix area.
Cons
Poor pay. Salaries and commissions are behind industry standard. Comp plans changes all to frequent. Quotas and alignment are all over the place. Huge corporate strategy change has been a disaster. Middle management is disorganized, upper management seems directionless. Leaving sales reps and account executives confused and frustrated. False promises to sales reps as well as poor account assignment will lead to substantial attrition. What was once a very good transparent culture at insight has rapidly dissolved.
