Untrustworthy executive leadership team who do not care about employees and have driven out countless tenured and talented architects, VPs, directors, and droves of sales talent nationwide. Departures mainly voluntary.. All in the name of becoming a solutions integrator when delivery teams are often sub par and ineffective. Leadership and their consultants believe compensation is biggest expense and are butchering comp plans and breaking long-time client relationships on consistent basis causing extreme internal chaos. Company doesn't always keep its promises and clearly has turned its back on significant number of now miserable individuals. Every day you hear about someone leaving, to the degree you ask yourself if this is the intended consequence of consistently bad leadership decisions and putting most employees last.
