Pros

It's an easy job .

Cons

Higher management (not in office) will lie to you, and keep employees in the dark about as much as they can. Will change your schedule without consent and without informing employees, then punish said employees for not coming in at that time. Computer systems constantly down at "fault of employees". Unsanitary work conditions. Running water/plumbing out constantly.
