Pros

The only thing halfway decent was the amount of pto given.

Cons

After the acquisitions everything went downhill fast. We went from a close knit crew who learned from each other, helped each other when needed, and management was down to earth to being nothing more than numbers. No humanity behind the new management. They certainly do a good job at making you feel less like a human and more like a machine. If you’re desperate for work or looking to just get on the job experience, it’s a good start. I wouldn’t suggest staying long term. Turnover and burn out are running rampant in this company. Benefits were mediocre and expensive. Pay is way under market and when asking to match with employees in the same position, it’s a fight and a half.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time you spent at Integris. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience changed in ways that felt impersonal and discouraging. Growth and acquisitions can introduce challenges, but that should never come at the expense of people feeling valued, heard, or supported. Your comments around burnout, compensation, benefits, and leadership connection are taken seriously and reinforce areas we are working to improve. While we recognize that we can’t change your experience, feedback like this is important as we work to do better for current and future employees. Thank you again for being candid and for contributing your perspective.

Pros

I know that I do not want to work at a company that values private equity over their employees' livelihood.

Cons

See pros. Also, they are very disorganized with how they approach their business model.
