Because of this there is plenty of diversity and opportunities for unification and blending the best practice of many industry leading organizations. As Integris continues to scale there are many opportunities available and innovation is at the forefront. New leaders are genuine, People First leaders, that value collaboration and show appreciation.
Cons
As is the nature of M&A, unification and standardization comes with its own set of difficulties. Because of Integris’ rapid growth and the unification/standardization process being slower paced, employee experience and some processes and procedures vary from region to region. However, the addition of new leaders and a more concrete vision and focus toward unifying appears promising.
