Great colleagues, but low pay and unrealistic expectations - Enterprise Sales Manager International Workplace Group Employee Review

Very low base pay compared to similar industry roles I was recruited from my previous job only to be let go 30 days later, after going through training...along with dozens of other people who just started. Unrealistic expectations - in training they said we should be bringing in $1MM a month but even the people who have been there for 15+ years and have all of the largest global accounts weren't making that much Too many siloed programs and tools that weren't connected which required duplication of efforts
