Pros
Large global network, de facto market leader in all markets
Cons
The company is constantly looking for ways to shortcut its employees, its business partners and its customers. Partner commissions don't get paid fully or on time, staff targets are changed so bonuses are not paid, rents are paid consistently late. Salaries are fixed upon joining: it is thought that when you want to earn more, you need to sell more. There is no yearly salary review. Bonuses are often paid as retention bonuses, which have to be paid back when staff leave within the year. Turnover is alarmingly high because of this: both on employee side as well as client side. Clients that stay get slapped with huge renewal increases. The company has found cost savings by moving to ticket based systems for finance and customer service queries, without setting up the proper backend systems. This leads to a lot of friction for the sales teams to resolve.
