Pros
Rapidly gain experience of a variety of general office functions as well as facilities and project management at basic level.
Cons
No budget for staff Xmas party, no staff welfare aside from "cashback" offers with partnership companies. No training offered or supported, little support offered by senior level managers, no salary reviews and when they are reviewed, you have to chase and chase for an answer, often resulting in a no. Accounts team work like robots in order to try and manage the various f*ck ups that the antiquated software throws up. No flexible working. Does not build team morale, you are made to feel entirely replaceable and insignificant. I could go on and on....
