Customers are being misled by the sales teams, are being promised things that go against company policies just to sign the agreement. Agreements are riddled with confusing information and terms that go against local laws so that customers are forced to stay in their contracts for longer. Every little thing costs extra. Low quality service, nobody cares about customer satisfaction. Management does not care about employees either. All around a terrible company.
