Pros
1. Consistent work 2. Many locations; ability to transfer anywhere 3. Convenient if you are in between jobs, or need something steady 4. Only have to work with 1-4 people at a time (in terms of coworkers)
Cons
1. Not enough to pay- you are not just manager. You are IT, HR, Billing Specialist, Collections Agent, and whatever other BS they add 2. NO SUPPORT FROM HIGHER UPS 3. Company is honestly a hot mess 4. The ASMs act like they are Gods gift to earth but many of them do not do anything at all 5. Everything will be put off to the managers. Also, depending on locations, the clients can be EXTREMELY racist and IWG does nothing about it. 6. Look up the manager that passed away ON THE CLOCK in the east coast during 2020-2021.
