Pros
The pay is better than a regular receptionist. Upward mobility is possible.
Cons
Although it's a customer-facing role, there's actually very little you can do for customers. It's all being handled by employees who are remote and understaffed. We are just the middle men. Therefore, any customer inquiry will be handled in about a month or two, and they can't agree with what is the right policy or procedure for it. If you care about the services you are providing, this is not the place for you. Sometimes it feels like your just a collections agency, and just there to suck ridiculous money from clients. The prize for a big competition recently was a trip to see the CEO at his mansion... yeah, no. This job is just a stepping stone into some other place.
