Pros

The best reason to work there is the great feeling you get the day after you quit. Other than that, the only other positive were the people I worked with in the trenches. They were the only reason it was tolerable.

Cons

One of biggest problems with this company is the lack of respect paid to the employees other than management. Management expects a high level of production and competency from their employers but don't reward them for it. They speak of being part of a family and in the same breath, fire people with no warning. Management is constantly moving and reshuffling employees around to fight fires which leaves these people with no career and no way to move up. The fact that they have to reinvent themselves as a company every few years is a testament to how chaotic and unorganized they are. Kimothy Taylor has taken over the company and has touted that employees will have careers and the ability to move up but at the same time hires people he knows to fill in the open positions. Thus, effectively locking up any kind of promotions for the existing employees. Many of the employees there haven't seen raises in years, and yet his priorities lie with buying leather chairs and pictures for the office. Before Kim, there were obvious issues with the company but now that he has taken over, it feels like an oppressive sledge hammer that crushes the hope and positive attitude out of people that aren't a part of his Justice League.

Pros

Remote work. Great management. Encouraging environment

Cons

Based in Arizona so time change doesn't occur which can shift around your meeting times if you're in a different time zone.

Pros

It was a job in an increasingly difficult job market. A small company that wants to be a big company but doesn't seem to know how to go about doing it.

Cons

This company offers very low wages for the position I was in. I was surprised at how cold an environment it was (not physically, I mean how the employees were not exceptionally friendly. There were some exceptions to this, but not many.) When I left there were no real career advancement possibilities. I found that there were way too many egos to have to deal with in one 8 hour day. People who you were supposed to be able to use as a resource became insolent and insulting when approached for assistance. I also found the policies encourage Micro-Management to the extremth degree. This in an unquestionably click-ish place to work. If you fall into the "I'm with them" category, you might work out. Seems to adhere to the old school philosophy of 'Hold the good workers back while promoting the problem child so someone else has to deal with them'. I witnessed an extremely high turnover rate. 30+ people in the 1 year I was there, out of 80 people, or so. Most of these were very senior people. I've never seen the like. An additional reason I left was that certain people hold supervisory positions but possess absolutely no management skills and even fewer people skills. Not a very fun place to work.
