Pros

Great employees! Knowledgeable, smart and eager to make the correct decisions for the clients, their peers, and company. The EMPLOYEES research and create solutions for collaboration and breaking down communication barriers. The EMPLOYEES also create ways to celebrate each other and improve the culture. They want the company to be successful. HR proactively teaches (through payroll vendor programs) harassment prevention, and inclusion/diversity awareness.

Cons

Promises on roadmap are rarely met on schedule or never come to fruition due to random and unforeseen changes. The focus on marketing (and recent rebranding ) without having the software to back-up the promises does not lead to business growth. This leaves all client facing folks (sales, support, professional services) in the awkward and stressful position of explaining away the problems. In early to mid 2020 nearly 50% of contractors/staff fired in "reduction in force", stating "position eliminated or duplicated". In actuality most positions were neither eliminated nor duplicated with the purchase of Netgovern, as implied. This came after promises were made that financial stability was good and COVID was not affecting sales. It doesn't add up. I would only recommend Ipro to a friend if they were early in their career. Any seasoned professionals will surely not last. No bonuses year after year and minimal raises.

Pros

Remote work. Great management. Encouraging environment

Cons

Based in Arizona so time change doesn't occur which can shift around your meeting times if you're in a different time zone.

Pros

It was a job in an increasingly difficult job market. A small company that wants to be a big company but doesn't seem to know how to go about doing it.

Cons

This company offers very low wages for the position I was in. I was surprised at how cold an environment it was (not physically, I mean how the employees were not exceptionally friendly. There were some exceptions to this, but not many.) When I left there were no real career advancement possibilities. I found that there were way too many egos to have to deal with in one 8 hour day. People who you were supposed to be able to use as a resource became insolent and insulting when approached for assistance. I also found the policies encourage Micro-Management to the extremth degree. This in an unquestionably click-ish place to work. If you fall into the "I'm with them" category, you might work out. Seems to adhere to the old school philosophy of 'Hold the good workers back while promoting the problem child so someone else has to deal with them'. I witnessed an extremely high turnover rate. 30+ people in the 1 year I was there, out of 80 people, or so. Most of these were very senior people. I've never seen the like. An additional reason I left was that certain people hold supervisory positions but possess absolutely no management skills and even fewer people skills. Not a very fun place to work.
