Pros

a. Offer better compensation compare to other software consultancies

Cons

a. No growth of middle/Senior level employees. b. Work in obsolete technologies , so no chance of learning c. Company doesn't have proffessional culture, This company has grown from 100 to 500 employees in recent 2 years, most of the old employees are with the company for more than 10/20 years. They act as if they are the damaads of the company and use unproffessional language in meetings. d. Appraisal usually given between 0-4% for middle/senior employees, that too a financial year appraisal for a period of Mar-Mar is given in August. I resigned from the company in June and they have not given me appraisal , though the appraisal period was Mar-Mar. e. Since its a small company if you get release from a project, its very difficult to find another project as the managers prefer freshers/less experienced staff to better their margins. f. lot of favouritism.
