Pros

Sabrina and Michael always made sure I had the absolute best information during the entire hiring process. I told them I have never felt like I was more prepared for any meeting, let alone a job interview. It had been almost 15 years since I had to seriously interview for a new job, and they always made me feel completely at ease.

Building relationships with clients was the only genuine bright spot

Cons

- Every day was an exhausting scramble to cover gaps caused by extreme turnover and broken promises - Managers were pushed to juggle every responsibility at once, from recruiting to retaining staff to fixing client problems, without any real support or resources - The job became a relentless treadmill of stress where no amount of effort was ever enough - Stability was nonexistent
