Pros

The employees outside of senior management are great to work with.

Cons

Senior management is all over the place. New changes are implemented every 2 weeks or so. CEO appears friendly, but is MIA most of the time. The company is not transparent with their employees. High turnover. Expectations are not reasonable given the market we were in. Many passive aggressive emails are sent out numerous times a day. Managers hint around on how they would like you to stay after working hours, but the pay is so low and it is almost impossible to bonus.

I want to personally say how sorry I am for your experiences and, as the CEO, would welcome a call from you to talk in more detail. Admittedly, Going into and during these unprecedented times we faced necessary changes that put all of us outside our comfort zones. Not to minimalist the impact it personally made on you, we had to innovate and look for ways to keep JFCrs livelihoods or else get left behind. Every potential new hire looking to join the JFC team is asked to call any of our offices and ask to speak with a current employee. They get straight answers to any questions a potential new hire might have...about working at JFC and what has made them as an individual and team member successful at our Best Places to Work winning company. Don’t Be Fooled

Pros

The boss dresses up in hideous outfits for holidays! Goes a long way.....

Cons

They pay below market for every job-with the exception of management. Too many hires that have been kept on staff for decades and only have titles because they have been loyal-NOT qualified. The CEO most days is MIA and behaves like a juvenile-huge ego and is quite convincing until you experience his true side. Don’t be sucked in. The benefits were expensive and really outdated offices.

It is sad to learn of the view that you formed after you left us. I am sorry for that! We encourage anyone that is considering working at JFC to call any team member you'd like to talk about their experience working here. We won't even tell you who to ask for - call anyone! Our CEO is available via phone/email any day we need him and is always happy to talk to potential new JFCrs. Yes, loyalty is absolutely a valued trait in a JFCr; but it's not enough. Regardless of tenure, our employees are accountable for their contribution to the good of the organization. If you'd like to discuss more, please feel free to reach out.

Pros

In years past, this truly was a great place to work.

Cons

However, in this last year as the economy got tougher, true colors have really started to shine. Senior leaders could not care less about their employees and barely even acknowledge them.
