Pros

Easy job. Is work from home. If you want to just hang out till the phone rings. Play games/ watch TV/ chores. Just don't miss a call. There are periods/ evenings where you could go over an hour with out a call.

Cons

Dealing with Customers can be annoying. It can be reflective of retail hours and blackout periods. (Work holidays and weekends) Pay is also not great but it is money. You also can't move around or get promoted super quick. I was told they wouldn't promote me b/c I was one of the best ones on the phones and they didn't want to lose that... So I left.

Pros

Supportive manager, no sales goal, focus on customer service, nice discount for employees

Cons

It’s still an hourly retail job which means random work hours and working on weekends

Pros

It can be decent pay

Cons

Other than getting a pay check I can't think of anything here that is a Pro. Lousy culture, lousy people, management sucks, benefits suck, the Avery family is hoity toity.
