Can't think of any negative sides, my experience was great

It's not unusual to find tenures of 10+ or more years here, or people who decided to try something else for a while but then came back to John Galt Solutions. At the same time, the company is growing so there are always new faces and new ideas, and receptive to lots of new ideas! - Global leader in supply chain planning! - The people!! A world-class team of incredibly talented, passionate, and dedicated professionals focused on solving the really hard supply chain problems. Very collaborative environment and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand, share their knowledge and work together driving the company's success and innovation. - Strong emphasis on being customer centric focused - taking the time to understand their unique challenges and help them every step of the way. - The company moves fast and if you have an idea that can help company processes, customer, product, etc you can see it become a reality. You're able to see the impact of your contributions and see your ideas come to life which I think is incredibly rewarding!

As with any growing company, some of the business processes are still being defined. While this can be seen as a negative for some people, I see it as a great opportunity to help determine the company direction, help build and shape these processes.
