Easy but low pay - Material Handler/Forklift Operator Johnson Controls Employee Review

Management refused to put me in the system to click in and out and repeatedly would put my time in wrong. Terminated after showing proof of my time and computer logs to match. This was a constant issue for months. HR would say it was a management issue. Management would say it was an HR issue. Also everyone was paid the same amount. They asked me if I had expense and in this specific position I had the experience. I was offered 20 in interview but when I was actually hired they gave me 16 because "that's what everyone starts at"
