      Easy but low pay

      Pros

      Easy. They do train. Coworkers are great. Management also somewhat okay. Can be slow and steady but can be fast paced.

      Cons

      Management refused to put me in the system to click in and out and repeatedly would put my time in wrong. Terminated after showing proof of my time and computer logs to match. This was a constant issue for months. HR would say it was a management issue. Management would say it was an HR issue. Also everyone was paid the same amount. They asked me if I had expense and in this specific position I had the experience. I was offered 20 in interview but when I was actually hired they gave me 16 because "that's what everyone starts at"

      Pros

      If you're the type of person who thrives on multitasking in a fast paced production environment then you will love this job! For me it was never SSDD controlled chaos is what I use to describe having to maintain supply to 5 production lines an take care of a warehouse including incoming shipments. Management was great and I always felt supported.

      Cons

      They are going through layoffs and growing pains.
